On 12th March at about 1645 hrs I was in office and got a phone call from NAMIT Ph no. 9716166433 saying that I’ll get a blackberry mobile if I buy holiday package worth Rs. 5949/- and give 10 referral i.e person known of me. I admitted and checked their website, the details are like: Contact Us Address: Vacations Gateway B 46 Sec 49 Noida Phone No +91 120 6521232 +91 120 6521233 (10:30 am to 6:30 pm – Mon to Fri) E-Mail :reachus@vacationsgateway.com.co Website :www.vacationsgateway.co On 13th may I’ve transferred Rs. 5949.00 online vide the following transaction id: 13-Mar-2013 (13-Mar-2013) TO TRANSFER INB Vacations Gateway 205065057IGG9116356 TRANSFER TO 30444052133 DEPUTY GENERAL MANA 5,949.00 From this point onward I sent several mails and contacted the firm several times and they replied with an apologizing mails that their sales team made an mistake regarding the blackberry offer.One of the person name Viraaj (Manager) – mob no. 9810862144 called me up om March 20 2013 and apologized for cheating me and ask me to keep the policy and I admitted. b. Further I tried to contact them, after several days of trying, one female replied that i can send the booking form duly filled up and send to them by post which was send by an earlier mail attachment. I send through Indiapost and returned to me as nonexisted address. c. After several days of try finally I got that female and she listened about the my fact of nonexisted address and asked me to send the scanned copy of booking form and copy of my identification. Accordingly on june 13, 2013 I send the mail. So far i was given a booking ID BL00733 from vacations gateway and I dont know what is the use of it.
