Dear Team, We had booked six tickets from Varsha Travels ,bangalore to Goa (Travel date: 10-01-2014 through Red Bus(PNR VTRAKY87785856 and PNRVTRAMJ69925355). First PNR was supposed to be picked from INDRANAGAR,but at 6pm a person from varsha travels calls and tells we have to make arrangements to reach Anandrao circle on our own. The bus was suppose to depart by 9.30,but departed at 11.30pm The next day arrival was around 10am but the bus broke down 30km before madgao and our promised destination was panjim. Bus brokedown in the middle of nowhere and we asked for help from vehicles ,some local vehicle dropped us to madgao,taking 100 per head. From madgao,we had a local bus with 50 per head as the fare. We reached Panjim at 2pm. 5 hours later than expected which hindered in the number of places we could visit.

Financially we had 150 per head additional expense to reach destination 5 hours of delay which cost us seeing places in Goa Abusive staff who kept telling,they will call back later and at last said maximum they could give is 100 per head. and they will not transfer and we should go in person and collect it.
