We booked 3 flats in Vatika India next township in gurgoan sector 82 and 83 Vatika premium floor ground floor and 2nd floor in 400 sq yard size and one vatika seven lamp in 2010 august booking amount in given now almost four years still there is no sign for completion from the builder. I been there since last year there is no construction at all. I have paid almost 85 to 90 percent for all the units.i took loan from the bank now i end up am paying interest to bank for property which i don’t know when i will get. There was a clause for delayed possession will be compensated by paying 5 rs sq-feet as rent payment but they are also denying that. Please look into the matter.
