Dear Atul & Karbonn Officials, This is to inform you that I have handover my Karbonn handset to same service center on Thane (east) as on dated 21-01-2014 with job sheet number.KJASPMHA436114K2848. And also to inform you that after a long traveling when I reached to your service center at around 5.00pm on dated 21-01-2014. I found that shutter was kept down by Thane service center and they were not ready take my handset, which was totally wrong from your service center. If last timing given at 6.00pm then why they are closing shutter before only, After a long knock to shutter they have open the shutter. and after long discussions on above topic they ready to take my handset.. I have explained the problem that before also i have visited many karbonn service center with same connector problem and also your serive center had charge me 350 rs for same problem but still that is not resolved. But your service center are not ready to take my update and simply saying that you have only done damage the connector and we will take charges again. So kindly go through below trail mail already I have explained in point 2) 2} Secondly visited at service center at Thane west (Mobile care service center, shop no.13, B-wing, sarvovar darshan tower, opp TMC office almeda rd, chandan wadi pachpakhadi thane(west) 400602) But as per service center there was connector broken hence they have taken charges of Rs.350 (but still not able to resolve problem)…. While again visiting to service center they said they are not giving service to karboon mobile, (And that also closed with Karboon internal problem) Why I should bear charges each and ever time when your Service center are not able to resolve problem. Kindly reply with proper justification I am really not happy with the work of Service center and also above is the Attachment of charges paid by me for connector problem… Thanks & Regards, Jitendar Gupta
