I’ve a Videocon D2H dish service with a multiple connection option. I asked for multiple connections on 21st feb 2015 three connections have started but one is still left and no process on it is talking place. The concerned videocon persons are not responding to the phone calls and videocon customer care personnel arent taking the matter seriously. I’ve been given several deadlines for start up of the 4th connection but all have been crossed. I’m really in a bad situation as my money has been blocked and services are yet to start. I’ve attached the serial number and card number of the set top box.
I got this installed to see cricket world cup matches and already a lot of matches have been taken place. My money has been blocked in the set top boxes and I’m yet to experience the services. I have already soend a lot of time and money in calling the videocon persons concerned. I want videocon to take immediate action and solve my issue asap.
