Videocon D2H – relocation dealy in installation

Sir, I have a videocon d2h dish tv connection. Earlier in month of march 2014, i had made a request to videcocon d2h service centre for relocation of my dish attena and the same was considered and the had relocated my dish attena on March 15, 2014. I have paid ruppee 600 for that. But after relocation, i found that video signal was not good and it give interrupted signal many time. I made the complaint next day to service centre. they send his engineer again but problem was not resolved. After that i made about 10-15 times complains but the service center person are making wake excuses and they have not visited my site for this issue. Its already about one month but still not resolved this problem. They already took Rs. 600 for installation service and was agreed that if they are any complain in future about signal, they will not charge any visiting charge and will solve the problem. But till now not resolved my signal problem. Kindly look into this matter and do the needful. Immediate resolution to my problem. Made penalty for not handling my complaint anf for mental harassment
