Videocon D2h – Service suspended due to wrong reason

I am using Videocon d2h product at my home in kolkata, but on 19th august they have raised a complain to service by D2h box where as I had not requested for it after 2 days one of the engineer called me to fix the problem and I replied him that I did not request for any service and denied to visit my home, in the evening of 23rd August I received a message on my phone that my d2h connection is suspended. I called video con customer care and they told me that they will investigate but I did not get any response , So I called him for two days in a row, first of all they did not reply me properly when ever I asked to contact me with their senior they put me on hold for long time finally today I discussed with the senior and they told me that I have requested for it where as I never requested for it and I came to know that the number on behalf complain is registered is not mine, it is some one other number not my register mobile number.

The relief I want from your end is that the company must come clean on the issue and my connection must be started immediately. any such complaint as mentioned above which is claimed by the company must be shown as a proof as they tend to record the conversation. the company must ensure that the same doesnt happen with any other genuine customer.
