Videocon D2H – Terminated Poor Service

We had a problem with our dish due to hudhud cyclone in vizag, we raised a compliant to resolve it, the engineer reached our house and said that some part of the dish is damaged and we need to replace it and it will cost 400 rs. so, we paid that 400 rs to the engineer. everything was fine for few days and now all of a sudden they terminated the services for us saying that the engineer haven’t paid for the damage.when i call to the customer care they are accepting that we have paid to the engineer but that engineer haven’t paid the videocon dth company. but the engineer is from videocon dth. so that’s not a problem with us its their problem if the engineer doesn’t pay. they should deal with him but why should they terminate our services even though we paid the required amount to them.

anyways they will count the subscription time from the resolved date but who is responsible for the pain i have taken to call them even though i have paid for their subscription i need 30 days subscription and a bonous 1month subscription for their fault.
