R/ authority , Videocon TV display problem In the view I want to state you that, 1. I purchase a Videocon LCD TV model no. VRL24HGN via invoice no 3253101755 dated on October 20, 2011 from NEXT Showroom, Gumanpura, Kota. 2. I got one year manufacturer warranty & buy two year extended warranty after paying Rs734.36. 3. After one & half year I observed a thumb size black spot bottom of the left side on my TV Screen. 4. Day by day it increase and some vertical & horizontal lines are also appear on the TV Screen. 5. I make a complain to Videocon costumer cares on date Aug 08, 2013 vide complaint no. JAI2508130017. 6. When complain was attend it was told to me by Videocon representative that the product is out of company warranty & two year extended warranty is not offered by Videocon it is provided by Dealer . 7. When I launch my complain to NEXT Showroom, Gumanpura, Kota, their technician told me that LCD Panel will be change and this process completed after head office approval. 8. After few days I receive a call from jaipur and I was told about unavailability of LCD Panel by manufacturer. The caller advises me to meet NEXT Showroom officers to rectify this problem. 9. The NEXT Showroom representative also told me the same. And he offer me to compensate this after exchange a product of same price value insist of my Videocon LCD TV. I refuse his offer and ask him to repair my TV. 10. When I stand on to repair my TV, he told me about a letter which is issued by repair & maintenance Provider Company and as per that letter the service provider company says that in case if the product is not repairable it will be replace with equal or compensate it after exchange same price value of any product. 11. After it I agree to replace it with same brand same size but he did not accept this. 12. After a few days zonal head of NEXT make me a call and say that he is ready to repair the product if I submit it to NEXT Showroom he will make arrangement to repair it & it will take 15 to 30 days. 13. After asking about 15 to 30 days he say that he will test it on various comprisable LCD Panel and repair it. 14. I did not agree to submit my TV for such as long days.
i want home service therefore it take minimum time to repair or equal replacement with same brand ,same size.
