They have been delaying since first day , firstly they said we do not have part, we will order it. Everyday I need to call them 4-5 times in a day to remind my problem and they escalate again. They said we will replace it when I said I will complain. They again giving extension day by day . Their deadline give by care centre was 48 hours but they have exceeded around 30days. Yesterday they closed my complaint by calling to their care centre saying complaint is resolved and closed. Whereas my damaged LED TV is still there at my home to get replaced.
I want replacement of my LED same model plus one month DTH Recharge that got wasted because their false commitment. If they don’t have same model, they must provide higher model without asking to pay any difference cost, as they must compensate time money and mind wasted to take their follow up. Also they along with their customer care must be audited as they seems defaulter. Their website feedback, complaint registering option is for name sake and they must be punished by surcharge for their delayed services.
