I purchased a Videocon mobile phone V 1585 on June 6,2014 from taneja Mob. Shoppee, Rewari Road, narnaul – 123001 vide bill no. 5876 . After 3 months (in October ),I encountered some problem relating charging of phone.Mobile was switched off and it was not taking charge.So I was unable to switch it on.I went to Videocon authorised Service Center- trio Mobility Ltd, Auth. Service Center & Mobile Care, 1st floor, Shop No. 5, taneja complex, Rewari Road, Narnaul- 123001 Ph No. 01282-255255 ( Hr) in Narnaul on October 8,2014.and submitted my phone there. They told me that its battery was dead and they had to replace the battery.Actually its battery was o.k but problem was in charging section.I asked them to check the charging section.But even on my request they did not check its charging system.So,I submitted my phone battery there. My job sheet no is VASCHR027J131081014.I recieved job sheet no. through message on my mobile phone no. 8901010147.
I got a new battery after 10 days near about 19th October. I switched on my phone.But after some hours it was switched off again and was not taking charge.It was a case of carelessness. Even on my humble request they did not check its charging section. I went again to the service center on NOV 1,2014 and submitted my phone there. This time they did not give me job sheet number.They told me that phone is to be sent to the company and it will take 15-20 days.After 20 days when I phoned them and asked about my phone. The company representative at service center told me that phone has not come yet.I have called them many times but they said phone has not come.When I asked them about the time limit with in which I will get my phone then the representative replied that he does not know about it.How a company representative can give such type of silly answers.Finally, after 45 days on December 20, they replaced my phone with another used mobile phone saying that mine could not be repaired and mended by the company.Service center Rep. marked IMEI No. of this replaced phone no. on the cash memo , I received from Taneja Mob. Shopee at the time of purchase. I refused to take another used mobile phone in place of my new mobile phone.Then the Service Center rep. told me that as soon as my phone is repaired he will give back me my phone or he will get me a brand new another phone from Videocon Co. and he will get this used phone back. On the request of service center representative and his assurance for giving me either my phone fully repaired or giving me a new one, I accepted the used phone for some days .But this one was also defective. I was unable to save my contacts in it. It was neither getting charged and switched off itself. I went on the Service centre just next day and returned this old used phone at the service centre on 22/12/14.My job sheet no is VASCHR027J331231214. I am harassed and totally disappointed by the service provided by the company. it has given me much loss of time and money as well.
I want to get replaced my phone with a new one immediately because service center has already wasted my precious time of 100 days. I will not accept an old phone in replacement.I also deserve and demand Rs 1000 ( one thousand ) towards my financial loss.
