I have purchased Fully Automatic Washing Machine (Bearing the Serial No. – Videocon FAW-VT65H12-GWA SL – 600078) on 29-January-2014. After two runs, it was not functioning. After complaining, it took 3 months for providing services. Then, after one run, once again it got dead. Once again after complaining so many times, no services has been provided.

I have purchased the Fully Automatic Washing Machine worth Rs. 14,500. After complaining, I have made complain lots of times through phone calls and follow up mails. It involved lots of my times.

I need REPLACEMENT for my machine, since no proper service has been provided to me.
