Namastey! I have AMC no.HCP222509 of washing machine with videocon of dt.10.05.2013 . As my washing machine is not working properly so when I made a call to customer care one week ago. I was shocked to listen customer care executive asked me there is no AMC in our record & denied to lodged a complaint. Despite telling them HCP NO.222509. They denied to provide service.I talked to senior authorities in this regard many times but all in vain.

We are facing lot of inconvenience.have to wash clothes by hand takes lot of time.

My AMC regarding washing machine should be entertained. And machine should be repaired at the earliest.
