I have applied for Virgin mobile connection on 26th August, 2014 and gave my voter id as a photo and address identity proof. But that voter id was miss used by someone(may be distributor or agent). And with that voter id 3 more mobile connection was issued from tata docomo. Those numbers are as follows: 8602697xxx, 8602697xxx and 8602697xxx The identity proof is my voter id, which I submitted with my own vergin number 8982903xxx. Also, my this verging number was used as an alternative number for all 3 tata docomo numbers. One of those number 860269xxxx was used by someone to threaten other person(to kill him). Now, police contacted me because of identity proof which was used for that number. They are treating me like a criminal. Also, police shown me the mobile connection form of 8602697xxx, where someone else’s photograph was used. and one can clearly differentiate my face with that photo. So, all I wanted to complaint about the TATA DOCOMO company, why they did not call on alternate number when that was mentioned in the connection form to verify the authenticity of new connection or person. Now, I am facing really big problem, I need to be present in police station at least couple of times in a day which is really embarrassing for me. Also, when I went to Tata Docomo’s office, they did not treat well with me, they were not cooperative with me in this serious problem.

As I mentioned, I am a freelance software developer, working from home, I need to concentrate on my outsourced projects for my livings. But from last 3 days, I am not able to concentrate on my work, because of all these disturbances. I was not able to work these 3 days faced monetary loss. I am not sure how many days, it will take to get resolved and I need to be present before police when they call me. I just want a SORRY LATTER from the TATA COMPANY HEAD and get rid of all these problems. I also want to close all the TATA DOCOMO mobile connection(numbers I already mentioned) which were issued in wrong way by using my voter id. I also suffered defamation at police station and my living place due to this. So I want TATA DOCOMO Company to settle down this. And they should follow the right way to serve the people which believes in them. TATA DOCOMO company should rectify these issue as soon as possible.
