I had gone to vishal mega mart on 8 dec’14 for purchase of certain household item. i had kept my nexus 5 phone worth 29990 and wallet containing 2000 cash pan card and icici debit card. i had kept my phone and wallet was kept in the trolley basket and then i went to look for a item for five minutes my entire trolley was not found. The staff has seen my trolley with wallet and phone they also didn’t take care of the same . my phone was lost . no cctv cameras were working during the time. i have visited the vishal mega mart again on 16 dec’14 still there is the situation the staff and management have no sense of responsibility for the same. when i asked them to show me the cctv footage they said its not working no cooperation from the staff was present on the same.
