I made a terrible mistake to send an Air Conditioner from Pune to Jammu for my mother through VN Relocation that they promised will be delivered within 7 days. Today after 20 days, when my mother is still suffering in hot weather, I have no clue where my Air Coditioner is? In last 10 days I would have called them almost everyday to find out the whereabouts of my Air Conditioner, and they have been consistently lying to me about it. One day they will say it is in Chandigarsh, second day they will say it in Gurgaon and another day they will not even answer my phone calls. The staff is very rude in talking and they would keep passing me from one person to another with no one taking responsibility and giving any correct information. There’s never been a call back from their side to provide me an update on the parcel and no apology of course. I tried to find out about their owner, but they kept lying to me about his name as well. I eventually managed to speak to someone called “Som Sharma” at Gurgaon, who I think is their owner, but he’s equally irresponsible and rude. He also lied to me about the delivery of the parcel for few days and eventually stopped taking calls. Today I don’t know, if they have DAMAGED my Air Conditioner, LOST it or STOLEN it? No one from their staff is answering the phone calls and giving me any reliable information.
