File a complaint (Complaint No. 2402323748) on 23.10.2013 regarding 2G internet speed on post paid connection that time customer care executive said there engineer will call and issue will be resolve in 24 hrs to 48 hrs. But i don’t receive any call regarding the issue. When i call again to customer care many time they put call on hold or divert it to any promotional offer. On 28.10.2013 i received a massage from Vodafone that my issue will resolve till 27.11.2013 that was a near about whole 1 month time. Currently i internet is working only in late night time and customer care no. are also not working.
I need my Rental Back. Or provide my the better internet services. Otherwise i will not pay my outstanding bill.
