On 12Jan,14 I recharge my vodaphone 3G with Rs649/- data pack(3GB 3G data and after that unlimited 2G data).But after the activation of pack I was unable to acess my 3G network,regarding this I made complaint in vodaphone customer care but all in vain. Customer care didnt helped us as they only told that using dongle other than that of vodaphone is problem,but I have used 3G internet of vodaphone before with same dongle and no such trouble ever happened. Right now I am only able to use 2G internet with very low speed and it is all waste of my money as I paid for high speed 3G internet but on paying for it also I am given low speed internet.

We have subscribed for 30 days internet pack but due to 3G network problem I’m unable to use net.It cause waste of my Rs649 and my 3GB data from 3G network. As I am compelled to use internet I have to use it on 2G network which is draining my data from 3GB data for 3G network.also speed of 2g internet access is very slow.
