I am using blackberry service plan on my phone and in march I changed my handset to new blackberry q10. A month later for 2 consequtive months the company generated a bill for inr 2700 against bill amount of inr 700 which is usually the case past many years. I called up the company and they are not ready to listen. According to them they have activated 3G plan on my phone as blackberry plan was not supported on this device without any prior information because of which the bill is very high. This is not ethical and they can not activate or change anything.
I don’t want any unnecessary compensation. Just want that I should be charged fairly like always ie inr 700 per month for those 2 months
