3G services were activated on my mobile phone while I am roaming in Kerala. This has been done without my knowledge or authorisation. Repeated phone calls and emails to customer care have not been helpful. Emails receive no response and calls are directed to Vodafone care kerala circle who say since this is a Delhi number they cannot help me. They provide another number that 09811098110 which I cannot connect to. Calls that are supposed to be transferred to senior manager are automatically disconnected. Absolutely no response for the last one week.
I would like full refund of the amount that is already charged for 3G. I would also like to be compensated for the money spent on calls and SMS’s for this purpose. I would also like to be shifted to a prepaid connection from a postpaid connection while still roaming to avoid being cheated like this in the future. Adequete compensation for the time lost during work hours to deal with the in competencies of the company (VODAFONE)
