Vodafone – All calls barred changing MNP

My calls have been barred without any reason and the same has not been rectified since last 5 days now. Moreover none of the Vodafone executives have been able to share the actual cause and I am now being forced to discontinue the connection vide RFC No. 307605. Please also note that the BTM Vodafone Store, Bangalore personnel Mr. Tarun S and Miss Kusuma R have shared incorrect information.

1. My post paid connection to be activated with the same no. +91 974234xxx 2. No charges to be applied for the unnecessary calls I had to make to 117 & 111 3. If connection can’t be activated then the earlier balance in my pre paid account be refunded 4. In case 3 is applicable I should be able to use the same no. in any other service provider without any additional charge. 5. Compensation for the unwanted stress I was put through both physically and mentally to be borne by Vodafone.
