I have a pre-paid mobile connection & is 9884528xxx. On 2nd Jan.2014 I opted for a Local SMS pack for Rs.27 & I called Vodafone Comlaint Cell # 198 on 5th Jan. reg. “ONE & ONLY” about this SMS pack; spoke with Ms. SathiyaShella; she unnecessarily directed me to key in *121*125# from my # to get details about this Rs.27 pack; sent me the same (*121*125#)as an SMS too; as soon as I keyed in *121*125# from my # Rs.125 was deducted my pre-paid account since it happens to be the format for activation of a Rs.125 pack “WHICH I NEVER NEED”. THIS IS OUTRIGHT CHEATING. I called their complaint cell the same day & spoke with Akbar/Gurunathan etc. for refund of this deduction , but in vain. Sent emails too on Jan.6th & 8th; had online chat too spoke with Ruia etc. Finally a complaint was registered on Jan.8th; Complaint # 1618605572 and his issue is not resolved yet eventhough they promised to give me this Rs.125 credit before Jan.11th – 3.19PM.
First & foremost they need to deactivate this Rs.125 pack & credit Rs.125 to my account. Besides, for causing so much mental agony to me they need to provide monetary compensation of atleast Rs.5,000. Also formal apology in writing by a higher up (like GM)at Vodafone should be given to me within a week.
