sir/madam , my balance deducted with RS 16+15+99=130 in 2 hours after recharge As this is the 4th complaint againest vodafone India telecom company ,the same problem which is been continued , Whenever i recharged my number with FULL TALK TIME ,and if i use 3g or internet definitely their will be deduction from my account without any reason . i called to customer care their is only answer always U HAVE DOWNLOADED SOMETHING ,if i asked get the detail they say they don’t have but I USED thatch it . please help me out

1)refund my money 130 rs . 2)should be stooped this type of cheating to their own customers without any proper reasons . 3)need more awareness about consumer core
