I am using a Vodafone number 9873561xxx for which there was an internet 2G was active. It was converted to 3G for two months and after that it was deactivated without my approval. I have been following with Vodafone for a long time but nothing has happened. I wrote to Appellate Office also but response is not appropriate. They barred all my services except internet as it was chargeable. I have been calling and also getting calls from them but no response is coming.

They are threatening me for court case and asking to pay a huge bill which they are not ready to listen. Collection people came to my house when I was not present and threatened my wife that they will take me to court. I had been requesting them to resolve this issue but no one is ready to listen.
