Last month, I have shifted from Vodafone to BSNL through mobile portability. I paid my last pending amount with Vodafone on 8th May 2014. Deadline for the same was 9th May 2014. When I paid the bill of amount Rs. 1162, they did not give a printed receipt as the printer was not working. The cashier gave me a handwritten receipt. They refused to communicate to BSNL about my payment and all clear dues. Now, BSNL has barred my connection since 5 days. I cannot leave my office to collect the receipt, they are not mailing me the soft copy inspite of the fact that I am calling them again and again and requesting to mail the receipt.
Please help me in getting my connection and there should be some fine to Vodafone for not cooperating with consumers. Vodafone should communicate to BSNL office regarding my clear dues so that BSNL can start my connection.
