I Piyush R Chaudhari having no.9769590xxx in corporate plan of IDBI Bank. I received the call from your end to activate the promotional 3G plan of 2 GB at Rs.225 for 2 months .Also, I was informed that it will be activated from next billing cycle (i.e. 18 th December 2013 ) but the same has not been done rather incorrectly you activated the plan from 17 th December 2013. The intent to charge such things is grossly incorrect and malafide. Thus, Request you to reverse the such charge of whole data plan of Rs.450 instantly .Since No revert is received to appended mail within last more than 7 days . This is to inform you that the already appeal form (Scan copy attached) is sent to via churchgate Vodafone store on 11.03.2014. I hereby complete the formality by submitting this compliant to you against utterly malafide tactics used to exploit the customer by Marketing calls not providing the evidence of confirmation call for charges levied for 3G -2 GB data plan AND NOT RESOLVEING THE ISSUE. I AM TAKING UP THE MATTER IN CONSUMER COURT for Claim of Rs. 250000 – for Consumer Protection fund against utterly malafide tactics used to exploit the customer and amount.
