Rs 79/- was improperly added in the aug 14 bill of my number 9830210xxx, when I call the call center executive she was not able to explain the proper reason of the charge and also rejected to lodge the complain. When I went to the office exe Awanish assured me to pay the aug 14 bill and told that he will be deduct it in forth coming bill. Now he is clearing saying that it is not possible. I have given several mail to their complaint id but no satisfactory answer given
