Hie i have logged a Complaint on 11/04/13 @ 12.55 hrs that my BBM Services are not active anymore so they had given me the Complaint no. which is “2341114888” & promised me that it will be solved with in 48 hours i.e. till 13/04/13 (12.55 hrs) ,but not only i have received any call from the Customer Care although they need some more time to solve this Query.If Company like Vodafone cannot Guarantee the Customer Service on time so what is the use of using this Network.Very Disappointed by the Customer Care Support Team for giving the False Commitment to the Customer.
