Hi, I have applied for MNP from Reliance to Vodafone on 20th December, But my number is not ported yet. Its already more then 10 days and as per TRIA rule, it should be ported in maximum 7 days. So today I visited vodafone mini store (from where I have applied), there is a girl and she told me that Reliance hasn’t approved your port application. So I visited Reliance store and they told me that Vodafone hasn’t proceed your application and we haven’t get any request from Vodafone. So again (2nd time) I visited Vodafone store and asked for any proof that reliance hasn’t approved my port application, but she said she could not give me any proof but she can show me a message from Vodafone care. I read that message and it was something like “You are not authorized to use this application.. Contact your CRM administrator….” So I told her that I think this message is related to your service number and there is not anything for my number, but she was not ready to listen me and kept her word that Reliance hasn’t approved your application so go to Reliance store. So once again (2nd time) I visited Reliance store and asked them for proof but they told me “we haven’t got any request from Vodafone so don’t have anything to give you as proof, but if they are not helping you then you can call their nodal officer”. So once again (3rd time) I visited another Vodafone store and told them my story, so they told me, “forget everything and apply for port application with your document from our store”. I refused their suggestion as I am so frustrated. So again(4th time) I visited former vodafone store. At this time she is out of her store and told me “this is lunch time, come after 30 minutes.” So I waited for her in store. She came after 4-5 minutes. I told her that please tell me whats the problem or I am going to call your nodal officer. So she told me, “you can call”. So I called nodal officer and talked with her in so much anger. She asked me details about my port request and told me that she will get back to me tomorrow. They had ruined my half of the new year day..!!
