My mobile no 9825713xxx do not get in coming calls since one week,i went to vodafon store directly.as per their advise changed my micro sim for more than 4 time,ultimately complain onlineto vodafon services,their ref.complain no1739701566 on 18 December at 13hrs48minutes.person i talked to ms swati,in her opinion it may take 10days?i also complains to sachin patel on 198 vodafon who arrogantly refused to register complain,by the by i m senior citizen,please help me solve this at the earliest

i wish that they solve this immediately n it should not recurs. they should be given som short of learning lesson,so they become mor responsible and more courteous. my complain no with them is their ref. 1739701566.
