ollowing complaint has been sent to vodafone which states the grievence against vodafone. Sub: complaint regarding change in plan without intimation, wrong billing, overcharging and ‘Not Happy to Help’ customer care. Dear, Sir/Madam I am a Vodafone subscriber no-9953110132.I have been subscribing annual pre-paid plan for RS.999 Since 6 year .Since last year this plan has been changed for Rs.1350.it is mandatory on your behalf to inform me and take my consent if there any change in plan even it is expiring. However since last three year when my plan was due to expire no notice was given to me and my plan was changed and I was billed according to higher charges .Every year I have to complain to your ‘customer care’ which is very careless and callous to response . After constant persuasion and going through lot of mental harassment you agree your mistake and change the plan. This year however your ‘customer care’ agent did ask about the continuation of plan in the month of December to which I agreed to continue the same plan(i.e. annual pre-paid plan for Rs.1350) ,for which I have already deposited the due amount of Rs.1500/- in the month of January .But again in the month of February I was billed according to different plan charging higher amount. I brought the case into the notice of the concerned department but they did not show any concern, neither they bothered to reply even after giving assurances to call back. Hence I was left with no choice to bring to your notice.I hope you will respond at the earliest or otherwise I will have to take legal course against ‘Vodafone’. There should not be any change in plan without prior intimation. vodafone should send the corrected bills in writing.whatever over payment has done should be adjusted and desired plan should continue.
