Vodafone – Connection barred due to wrong billing

Dear Sir I have a postpaid number of vodafone i.e.9871382xxx. I have place a request via mail for activation of Mobile internet plan @125 on 23rd May 2014. But vodafone has not activated that and charged me as per their standard per KB for internet usage that comes to around 800Rs. I have filed my complaint to Vodafone customer care many times, but every time they simply said that the charges are genuine. Now today Vodafone has blocked my outgoing services. This number is using by my fiance. Now she is not able to make calls. You can understand the atmosphere is not safe in NCR and if she needs to call someone for help then how can she do. Also please note that the service is still not activated and the charges will be imposed in current bill also. Vodafone has closed the services without any solution. Request you to kindly take action against Vodafone. I am ready to pay the bill but only the genuine charges. Regards Navneet Gupta 9650012xxx

Bill should be corrected and some penalty imposed to Vodafone.
