Sir I am Yogesh Parshad.I Have Purchased the Vodafone connection on my official ID as a Corporate Connection Firstly I have choose the plan of 100 rs .then got changed in to 145 rs.and continues it.than i tow more connections on same id but the agent varun knowingly that i said him to give the plan on these no. 145 rs pm with the plan 20000 sec local plus STD But he does do and give the plan of 100 rs with 500 local minutes.and after that i have not got received the bills of any of my three no.when the month end comes my bill stands 255 just cause of STD Charges .it is not in my mind whether the plan is .now i have paid my bill through net banking due to not acceptance of hard copy of bill .than i have paid may other bills also on net due to non acceptance OF BILL.BUT when i call the customer care than they says you have been charges STD Calls .But it comes to know that in plan 145 Rs the STD Calls Free.But my agent has not Changed My Plan till three months.Now you Are requested to refund my amount of all the three months and close my no.also 9988689xxx,9988831xxx,9988817xxx

rebate of all the bill and give some penalty to agent
