Vodafone – Data Lost Automatically Customer Care saying it happens always

In reference to Rchrg of MRP Rs 199.0 on 10-Jan-14 vide TransID UE13786849937, it is to complaint that without using Internet it’s balance data is showing 1313MB instead of 2GB (2048 MB) as committed by the service Provider/ Operator that’s too without any data transfer usage. Customer Care representative is saying that it happens always and he is helpless in this regard. It is also necessary to mention that instead of Customer Care M/S VodaFone is always wasting of time of their customers by enlarging the talk time so that they can charge more money in alee of so called customer care.

Recovery of data transfer of 2GB as per their commitment
