I am an active customer of Vodafone and was subscribed to 2G plan of 295 for 2 months. Accidentally I made recharge of data instead of talk time and I have been unsubscribed to old data plan. I lost validity and data in that case. Customer care told me that two plans can not be active at same time but in that case I should not be able to recharge 2nd plan. Customer can not know this rule until he makes the mistake. Service provider should gave me warning me in that case while making any recharge and if that happens at least I should discretion to decide which plan to forfeit. In this case I have lost validity and data much more in old plan than benefits in the current plan.
I request you to please address the issue and reinstate my old plan and change the mechanism so as the customer will not loose the money unduly.
