Vodafone – dealy in porting poor service by help desk

I Sumit Jain is writing this complaint after being mentally & physically harassed by Vodafone officials. In last week of Feb I had applied for number portability from Airtel to Vodafone. As per the procedure I submitted all the said documents at their office in Chachi Building Krishna Nagar to Mr Umar (your Executive). They had verified the documents & found the address on the License different from the current residing address. I Again submitted the documents consisting of my Bike’s RC bearing the current address & Airtel bill having the same address. An official from Vodafone came for Verification on Friday ( 7th March 2014).took my voter ID number in the meanwhile my phone services have been barred (except incoming) from 5 Feb. As a result I have had an immense loss in my business as this number was with all my contacts. On calling the customer care on 11 march they advised me to submit the papers again. Please look into the matter & do the needful. Otherwise I will take the Legal route
