today i have taken complaint 1502320476 07-apr-14 19:06:00 ========== i don’t want to mention agents name as they are many….few of them being common….however you can check yourself…. ============= see the no. of request taken for just plan change…. and complaints against ur chat agent’s…. also, several mails were sent to nodal officer and appellate mail id. but no use… what is the use of being an very old postpaid customer of vodafone …in spite of several issues want to retain customer relationship with vodafone… to brief u about my issue…. from one month or more i m placing several requests for my postpaid plan change… u can check ur system for several requests taken… ur customer people taking requests again and again….. still my postpaid plan is not got changed……till date.. can u plz investigate and let me know what d issue is and why my post paid plan is not being changed…. i have still more to write here which will bring seriousness to my issue.. but this much is enough for you to resolve my matter…. if u wish u can give me a call and i will explain u all that has happened till now…. since one mont i am placing several requests for my postpaid plan change. initially i had requested for plan change for rs. 99/-. for this the chat agent took several request for plan change. all of them misguided me and gave me incomplete info. later thet said plan needs to be activated with some promo pack. later i said i dont want this plan as it needs promo pack. then they suggested me for rs. 150/- plan. again same happened… all of them misguided me and gave me incomplete info. later they said plan needs to be activated with some promo pack. later they assured me of activating plan without any promo as promo is optional.i agreed and again they took request. till date plan is not changed. i mailed several times to their nodal office

also, i wasted my several hours in chatting to agents who every time faked me with wrong info. i wasted my electricity bill, my net usage, my energy…and this all caused me mental stress. i want my plan to get changed with immediate effect without any promo pack as they assured me. some sort of compensation for relieving mental stress, harassment caused…electricity bill wasted net usage wasted and my energy wasted…. i humbly request you to please look seriously in this matter and solve this…..at earliest…
