Dear TRAI, This is srinivasan from Tamilnadu, I have using Vodafone network past 7 years and my mobile number is 9843929568. I have filed compliant request about recharge charge: 1. I have not received any clear SMS message about during online recharge, that recharge amount will go to secondary balance only effect from December 9th this details not yet received for Vodafone customer . 2. Past two years I am recharging through online only, two days before recharged full take time pack Rs. 333.00 on 30.12.2012 through ICICI online mobile recharge, on that day I not yet received any conformation SMS for Vodafone. I am waiting 6 hours and then I call to customer care they conformed my recharged amount not added. Based on that confirmation again I did a online recharged the Rs.333.00 through JUSTRECHARGEIT on 31.12.2012 Today I checked the balance details that two recharged amount added (Rs.666.00) in secondary balance and that validity time is only 45 days only. Normally I used this amount for next 6 month; I can’t use this amount fully. So that Today I call to customer care and I explained ever thing, after that they told me this may be happen due to server problem they connect to senior person (after 4 call attempted) I asked need to change they my balance from secondary balance to main balance account they not give a correct response about this issue they not take a complaint also. And I ask please give a content mail id I will send the mail, they told on the spot they send SMS, still not yet I received any SMS. I need correct solution for this issue: For Vodafone without Clear-cut SMS message about “online recharge’’ new rules, how to I know??? Due to Vodafone service conformation SMS problem, I cont waste my amount??? I need to amount should transfer from secondary balance to main balance. Thanks Regards T.R.Sriniasan.
