I have taken a GPRS internet monthly connection vodafone prepaid plan of Rs 125 having data usage of 1 GB on 18-Jan-13.The plan was activated till 16-Feb-13.Now the network provider Vodafone is going to decativate the GPRS internet plan on 30-Jan-14 without prior intimation .

So I will not be able to use GPRS data plan even though I have Data usage balance in my vodafone account.I had a conversation with vodafone call centre so that my GPRS balance is activated till 16-Feb.They said they will not help in this regards.This is a big flaw in service provided’s part as I loose on both GPRS data and amount spent for the same.

I want my GPRS plan to be activated till 16-Feb as per the monthly plan as i have taken GPRS month plan on 18-Jan.I do not want to loose on both GPRS data and amount spent for the same.
