I recently dialled 111 (vodafone customer care) and got to know through their voice ad that 3G service was available in Punjab. So I got a recharge using *444# for 500MB 3G, for Rs 147. But then I was told it is available only in 13 cities of Punjab and I should have asked the customer care before getting the recharge. Now I am getting 2G services at the rate of 3G, which is not acceptable as there was no conditions applied in the ad. The company refused to refund my money back. My complaint number 2466085050 was rejected.

Now I am getting 500 MB of data of 2G at the cost of 3G.I should be getting more than 1GB of data at the same price.
