Vodafone – Incorrect Internet usage reported

On 11th April 2014, I got 4 messages back to back from Vodafone. The first one was at 17:47 which said i had used 200MB of data on my phone, i received 2nd SMS at 18:15 which said i have used 400MB of data, received 3rd SMS at 18:45 which said i have used 600MB of data and i received the 4th SMS at 19:15 which said i have used up 800MB data on my phone. This is really weird as I have not changed my data usage pattern. When i called the customer service line, the rep sounded like a broken record and just kept repeating that these messages were sent by server and he couldnt do anything about it. When i asked for a supervisor they refused to transfer my call. I have been a customer with you them for the past 10 years & i have always paid my bill on time. On May 8th 2014 I spoke to one of the rep & i was told that around 840MB of data usage was done on April 11th. I have a data plan which offers 2g speed so how can i download 800MB worth data in just 1hr?? In my opinion there is really something wrong here and i want someone to research this issue. i didnt get any support from Vodafone & now they have sent me a bill of around Rs 2043.90. My bills have never crossed Rs 600 in the last 1-2 years. In my opinion system has not captured this data correctly or there is some problem with Vodafone systems

I want someone to investigate the data usage done on April 11th between 4pm IST to 8pm IST. With 2g data speed how can someone download 800MB data??? I need to dispute my bill as i have not done this usage.
