Vodafone India – Itemised Billing

Sir, in spite of my repeated requests M/s vodafone does not provide me my monthly itemised bill on time. Every month i have to register requests on e-mail or on customer care to get my detail bill. Though they are not sending the bill they also charge late fees if i got late. Moreover earlier they used to deliver the printed bill but suddenly i dont know why they stopped the prited bill delivery. Now they are also not delivering bill on my e-mail on regular basis. My postpaid vodafone mobile number is 981321

Please ensure that they provide my monthly Itemised bill on my e-mail on some particular date of every month & please disclose it to me that on which date of every month i am going to receive the bill
