dear sir,my self shilpi my vodaphone no is vodaphone 9953716XXX,i have recharger with rs60/- and rs95/-for internet recharge @ time 10.56 dated on 25/01/2014 and its not happened first time with me also on 23 jan,2014 it deducted rs.30 dear i want to kind attention you,i have not use any call,message & internet service and sir many-many time i have call to vodaphone customer care but they all time ignore my call and also said we are enable to refund the amount. right now i am very painful to write you this tipe of complain because it happens many time with me i am belonging middile class family every one rupees is very meaning full for me
please refund my all rs.60+30=90/- i will be very thank full to you.please help me please see this netter seriously that its not happen again with any other common men
