Please refer to my complaint no.81294.4.2014 dated 20.03.2014 and note that the complaint has not been resolved till date. Even after my repeated requests they are not ready to reverse the wrong charges that has been billed towards the number 8412866330 in the bill dated 05.03.2014. The number has since already been deactivated, however, the charges are still not reversed by vodafone till date.

Vodafone should immediately rectify the bill and reverse the wrong charges appearing in the bill.
