I have had taken a vodafone postpaid sim card about two months before and according to the information provided by the representative i was under a plan of rupees 349 kerala plan which would allow me to make 2000 mins local calls , the first bill came and as i had to traveled out of kerala i was charged mostly of roaming calls which was about 600 rupees and to pay the bill i went to the above mention Vodafone store and i had no complaint against the bill and the second moths bill came and it came upto 950 rupees i went to same store and requested fot the detailed bill i could see some miscalculations and i enquired about my plan and the same i had talked to was confused to answer my enquiry and finally he said they have put another plan on my postpaid sim which would give me only 850 local and STD mins.This obviously had cost me more since according to their details i was under a different plan which proportionally caused me a invariable hike in my postpaid bill. i lodged a complaint against this vodafone store regarding this and some othe issues on 5th of april which suggested me to wait untill 9 th of april and as said they gave me a call back on 9th and said that actually i was not under any of these plans and i was under some other plan which is totally out of my knowledge and stated that they would lodge another complaint and would give me a call back before 14th of april which eventually did not happen and they kept giving me messages saying my complaint has been pending and asking to me to reply to one toll free number if i wanted to follow up and i did message twice and still the message kept coming eventually i had made a call about my irresponsible call back request and they asked me to wait till 14th and eventually they sent me a message instead of a call back saying that they regret for my inconvenience and asking me to lodge another complaint if i wanted and the case was closed without any call back or prior to my knowledge

Just for this reason i have lost my valuable time to someone and lost my respect runnign around for this matter . i would want a proper relief which caused my time and money
