Vodafone – misguided several request for plan change

since one mont i am placing several requests for my postpaid plan change. initially i had requested for plan change for rs. 99/-. for this the chat agent took several request for plan change. all of them misguided me and gave me incomplete info. later thet said plan needs to be activated with some promo pack. later i said i dont want this plan as it needs promo pack. then they suggested me for rs. 150/- plan. again same happened… all of them misguided me and gave me incomplete info. later they said plan needs to be activated with some promo pack. later they assured me of activating plan without any promo as promo is optional.i agreed and again they took request. till date plan is not changed. i mailed several times to their nodal officer and appellate mail id also.but no use. it seems no one is interested in customer and no one is serious. i am their post paid customer since years…n i had to face such situation… this is pure customer harassment case…. i humbly request you to please look seriously in this matter and solve this…..at earliest…

i want my plan to get changed with immediate effect without any promo pack as they assured me. some sort of compensation for relieving mental stress, harassment caused…electricity bill wasted net usage wasted and my energy wasted…. i humbly request you to please look seriously in this matter and solve this…..at earliest…
