I am regularly complaint regarding network unavailability since 2010. I complaint a lot but i am still waiting for positive response from vodafone. Due to non availability of network i am facing call drops , voice clearing problem etc. these are the services which i am getting from vodafone and i am paying only for call drops or non availability of network. I have already mentioned my location where i am facing this problem but every time they replied that they are working on it and get back to you after two months. But i think they are not interested to resolve grievances of their customer. We are more then 10 persons using vodafone in same location and facing this problem. so that again i am lodged this complaint in this forum. my last complaint ID was 49866/4/2012 in which you mention that complaint has been resolved but neither it has been resolved nor any steps taken by vodafone. Their executive called me that it will take two months to resolve this complaint. Since 2010 they are taking two months to resolve this issue but they don’t want to close this issue. So its my humble request to you before mention status please confirm me first. Or request you to take service or visit reports singed by me to satisfy your need.
