I have taken a vodafone Mobile sim. My bill delivery system in their system by default is through ebill. But no email id is mentioned in my vodafone account. As such I am not getting any detail about my outstanding bill. I contacted their office through online chat and also on 9796097970 (Mr. Sourabh) and each time I am given an assurance that the needful will be done by evening. But their evening never happens.
My ebill is updated immediately without any further delay
