Vodafone- Outgoing 3G services have been debarred

We were travelling to Nepal and Tibet in month of May 2014, and we had bought Rs1499 International roaming plan from Vodafone, where in we were assured that Normal Roaming charges for Nepal and Rs 30/per minute will be charged for China Mobile in Tibet We received the Bill, But after going through it we concluded that the calls of China Mobile were charged more than Rs30 per minute. We visited your Thane Naupada store to get the details, but none of your staff could solve our query, they advised us to send a mail to your customer care ID accordingly mail was sent to your vodafonebillonmail.mum@vodafone.com. We have given request to please provide us PER CALL DISCOUNT OFFERED FOR CHINA MOBILE CALLS. This request was never replied they were sending us same itemised bill every day. My outgoing and 3G services have been debarred from 18th June 2014, although I had made payment of Rs 3000/- for Domestic calls made. I then sent a mail to nodal.mum@vodafone.com on 18.06.2014. Which is again not responded as yet. Failing all the attempts I made call on 198 and received mail saying that Senior official will contact me today before 1:37 pm Complaint no 1540765180, which they offcourse failed. I called them back. I spoke to Mr. Prathamesh who confirmed that I have been charged normal international roaming rates on China Mobile instead of Discounted rates……….Mr. Prathamesh contact number is 9920482xxx. He said it will again take more 48 hours to address the query ( p.n. I have quoted this complaint number in mail, since this is the only number or reply I got from you till date)

I want my correct Bill so that I can pay the same Activation of all my family mobile number Compensation Rs 2 Lakhs for all the trouble caused And if possible kindly raise a penalty to Vodafone for treating there customer of 8 Years like this
