Vodafone – Over Bill The error in bill has caused me

I received a bill on 3rd November for Rs.7858.33. I was shocked to read the bill amount. I saw the bill break up which showed 4.1GB of data usage cost me Rs.6460.75 apart from my call charges and other charges which were Rs. 508 and Tax amount of Rs. 864.38. Earlier in the month of October 21st I requested for extra 2GB plan which was not activated. I contacted customer care and they told me that no such a request was made. I asked for call record details which were not provided to me. Then one person Pradeep Prasad to whom I spoke to +919886018728, told me initially that even if I requested on 21st October the request will start from 1st November. Later I found in my November month bill that the 2GB plan was activated not on 1st November but on 18th November. When I brought this to Pradeep Prasad’s notice then he apologized and offered me Rs. 1800 discount. My question is why he offereed me Rs. 1800 discount? If Vodafone activated the 2GB plan on 18th November that means they could have activated on 21st October also. If they would have activated the plan on October 21st, my bill would have Rs. 4000 less. I asked for another 1GB usage details but that also has not been provided to me. I am ready to pay my call usage bill including my monthly charges which had 1GB pack but I was asking for a break up of remaining 1GB plan. Vodafone barred my services on December 12th and activated on December 31st. They again sent me December month bill of Rs. 931.47 in which my call charges are Rs. 31 and other charges stood at Rs. 708. As my service has been deactivated then why is Vodafone charging me for that period? Vodafone is looting me in every possible way and I want a detailed clarification from vodafone as to why the 2GB plan was activated on November 18th and why the other charges of Rs. 708 has been given in my bill though the service was suspended for ver 20 days. Now again from january 4th, 2014 Vodafone has barred my services, this time they barred me incoming calls as well. Please do the needful.

I want to know why they activated the 2GB plan on November 18th?Why is their manager offered me Rs. 1800 discount? I need a detailed break up of extra 1GB usage apart from my 1GB pack. I need a formal public apology from Vodafone due the inconvenience and interruptions to my services to my employer and to my family when I was in need.
